• Create s personal account on the FACTS;
• Enroll student information
• Choose a payment plan option
• Create a login/password combination
• Provide financial info required
• Click the Submit button after having checked the data entered

FACTS consumer portal

This portal is used in the following purposes:

• to look through and update your payment plan online;
• to log in to the personal account;
• to choose your agreement number to overview your history.

Using your toolbar, every user is able:

• to view the balance and payment history;
• to change your financial account(s) information;
• to make a payment online;
• to change your profile contact information (address, phone number, etc.);
• to overview your complete history with FACTS;
• to make any changes.
