Thanksgiving Food Drive

The Marian High School Service Program has once again partnered with the St. Bridget Food Pantry for its Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive. We will be collecting items in Theology classes from Wednesday, November 8th through Monday, November 20th. We will deliver the items to the Food Pantry after school on Monday, November 20th. Below is a list of which items we would like each grade level to donate. This ensures that we collect a variety of items for a Thanksgiving Dinner. We also ask that each student donate $1.00. This money will be used to purchase gift cards to supermarkets, so that turkeys can be purchased to complete the Thanksgiving Dinner

Seniors: fruit (canned) pineapple, peaches, pears, fruit cocktail, (fresh) oranges, apples

Juniors: vegetables (canned) green beans, wax beans, corn, carrots, peas, asparagus

Sophomores: cranberry sauce (canned) whole or jellied, stuffing box or bag

Freshmen: potatoes white (canned or fresh), yams (canned or fresh), gravy jar or package
