Welcome Back from Principal Donohue

Welcome back Marian Mustangs! I am thrilled to start the 2017-2018 school year as your new Principal. We have an exciting year in store with lots of fun changes. First, we will be implementing a new advisory schedule this year. This period, set to meet once a month, is designed to enhance the spiritual, social, and emotional development of our Marian students. In addition to the new advisory period, we have constructed a new schedule that provides two long-block classes per day, of seventy-five minutes each. This new schedule allows for enhanced classroom instruction and for enriched project-based learning. In addition, a peer tutoring center will now be available in the Guidance suite. This will allow students the opportunity to access tutoring with National Honor Society Students during their study hall periods, as well as before and after school. And of course, in the front foyer, we have a new television set that will broadcast announcements, school lunch menus, and plenty of pictures of student life and activity here at Marian.

Good luck and lets all have a safe, productive and successful school year together. Go Mustangs!
