Marian Students Part of Letter Writing Campaign
The Theology department is working on a letter writing project on Thursday 12/15.  The nonprofit organization More Love Letters sends bundles of letters of encouragement to people all around the world. The requests for letters come from family and friends of people struggling (dealing with loss, battling sickness, homeless children, etc.). They encourage people to write to others simply because they are human, not because they know one another, just to spread a little positivity.
All students will be writing letters in theology tomorrow for this group and we will be praying for these people during Friday’s prayer service.  Also, the “Ugly Sweater” dress down funds raised will be donated to this organization to help them spread their message of joy.
Though this organizations facilitates letter bundles year round, their biggest event is called the 12 Days of Letter Writing which occurs each holiday season.
