Christmas Card Lottery Fundraiser

As it is beginning to look a lot more like Christmas, Marian has started the annual Christmas Card Lottery fundraiser again. With each card that gets sold, there is much more than merely a lottery card; rather, it is about the love for the Marian community, the Christmas wishes and blessings one passes along, and the Marian spirit that it embodies. This year, the Marian community is aiming at raising $25,000 as a final goal in order to support those who need support and the extracurricular activities that need the fund. There are daily prizes, such as game jerseys, Christmas on Broadway show tickets, and gift cards, for those students who have sold any lottery cards. It is really the time that the whole school comes together not only to try the luck on the drawings, but also to realize the goal and help those who need the fund and those who need the day off.

Starting on Jan 1st, a winner will be drawn each day with the specified prize. It will be exciting to see who will be the lucky one. If you want to be that person jumping up and down after hearing the announcement, please don’t hesitate to fill out a lottery card!
