Thanksgiving Food Drive
The Marian Community has been working feverishly collecting food for the St. Bridget Food Pantry. We have collected fruit, vegetables, gravy, stuffing, potatoes, cranberry sauce, rolls and pies and “turkey dollars” – a dollar from every student to purchase Market Basket gift cards so that turkeys can be purchased. Every year, the students and faculty/staff and administration are more generous than the year before which is truly amazing. The Thanksgiving food donations will be delivered to the food pantry on Monday, so the volunteers can stock the shelves and get ready for their Tuesday hours. Thanks to all who contributed to the Food Drive in any way, hopefully this will help some local families in need celebrate a Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving!
