New Faces at Marian
As a lifelong New Yorker, the warm welcome and sense of community I have received from Marian has been a breath of fresh air. After growing up in Queens and working in several Manhattan schools, I moved to Massachusetts about a year ago and began working at an enrichment program based out of Phillips Academy. Here I worked with undergraduate students applying to graduate programs to become teachers. Though it was interesting to work with students on a college level, I very quickly missed working with high school students and guiding them through the college application process. I had the good fortune to begin working at Marian at the start of the school year, and I look forward to meeting with all of my juniors and seniors as we navigate the process together.
