At Marian, we offer all students the opportunity to become involved in competitive sports and fitness activities, from the elite athlete preparing for a collegiate career to the student with little or no experience, playing sports for the first time.
Marian's experienced and dedicated coaching staff teaches young athletes the importance of balancing academics, athletics, teamwork, and respect for the game.
What sets Marian apart is that there are athletic opportunities for every student. Over 70 percent of Marian students participate in at least one sport, and of those students over 50 percent participate in at least two sports.
Marian competes in the Catholic Central for all sports except Winter Track, where Marian competes in the Tri County League. Marian has an unprecedented record of athletic success for a school its size.
Marian has a proud history of developing and nurturing great athletes including; many collegiate athletes who have gained All New England and All America honors as well as several graduates who have gone on to play professional sports.

In addition to completing and submitting these forms, all students must have a current physical examination signed by a physician on file with the Marian Health Office at the beginning of each sports season. The physical exam must have occurred with the past calendar year. If a student's exam will expire during a playing season then he or she will NOT be able to play without an updatd exam.
