Theology

The curriculum of the Religious Studies Department offered at Marian High School is geared toward the spiritual and academic formation of the student. Students learn to view scripture as the formative Word of God that inspires the sacramental life of the Church. The principles and practices of the Catholic faith are emphasized against the background of comparative religions and applied to a contemporary setting of moral issues. Field trips and guest speakers occasionally supplement the study of topics.
