Welcome to Marian High School
Since 1956, Marian High School has carried out its mission of fostering the growth and development of each individual in an environment of respect and accountability. Through our dedication to the charism of the Sisters of Saint Joseph, Marian has been “caring for the dear neighbor without distinction” as we shape the future by educating leaders. Our high school curriculum emphasizes development of the “whole student,” integrating faith, community service, and intellectual curiosity, all the while instilling an active awareness and drive for social justice.
Today, Marian is a dynamic institution, committed to the social teachings of the Church, in which the unique needs of each student are nurtured by a compassionate and dedicated faculty and staff. The diversity of our Marian High community reflects the Metro-West Area and provides a rich environment in which young people deepen their faith life, hold learning in high esteem, and come to recognize and advance their potential through a variety of learning opportunities and activities. Most importantly, our rigorous, mission-driven curricular and co-curricular programs challenge students to think critically, to be resolute in service to others, and to realize their strengths. These are the hallmarks of a Marian education, and the core of our Sisters of Saint Joseph spirit.
My hope is that as you peruse the pages of this website, you will find a true sense of the Marian spirit – our students, our culture and the environment we promote each day. I hope that you not only see your son and/or daughter as a Marian student, but more importantly as the person he/she will someday become. Welcome.
